How prepaid credit works
Prepaid credit works by deducting actual token usage from your balance. Errors and refusals are free. Your balance decreases only when the model returns text. We do not charge for failed requests. This keeps your spend predictable. You pay for what you get.

New accounts get $0.50 of trial credit. It lasts for seven days. You can test the API immediately. This lets you verify integration before paying. Use it to confirm streaming and JSON modes work correctly.
